PURPOSE

Teaching is a rewarding yet cognitively demanding profession. This combined with the challenges of everyday life can lead to mental overload. This session explores how educators can recognize, manage, and reduce mental strain. We will discuss key stressors, practical strategies for mental well-being, and actionable techniques for work-life balance. Participants will gain insights into cognitive load management, emotional resilience, and boundary-setting, equipping them with tools to foster a healthier, more sustainable teaching experience. Join this session focused on empowering educators with strategies to reclaim mental clarity and a balanced life.
