ETS EMEA

Agenda

PURPOSE

"The only constant in life is change." This aphorism, attributed to Heraclitus of Ephesus, feels more relevant than ever. The rapid rise of technology and AI-powered solutions has introduced significant uncertainty into the teaching profession, where once-reliable methods suddenly seem insufficient to many stakeholders.

Adapting to change can be emotionally challenging, bringing frustration and fear of the unknown. This presentation explores its emotional impact on educators and the journey from resistance to resilience. We will examine what implementing change truly entails and how to navigate potential hardships on both institutional and personal levels.
